We have various Property Sales Manager (PSM) and Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) positions throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. If you’re interested in excelling in a growing company you may be the perfect addition to our team! Our available positions are listed below:
Job Title: Property Sales Manager (PSM)
The Property Sales Manager (PSM) is accountable for ensuring that sales goals and profitability are met or exceeded for all employees at the assigned site. This includes established standards and objectives, financial control, customer service/customer relations, appearance, maintenance, security and general administration.
Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) performs the basic functions of the Property Sales Manager (PSM) in his/her absence. Primary responsibilities are to ensure efficient operation of one or more sites. Duties include maximizing sales & occupancy, controlling delinquencies, required custodial and minor maintenance functions and perform other duties as assigned.
