Moving is the WORST! However, having someone as helpful, and patient as Sean, definitely makes the process much easier! One less thing I have to worry about! The facility is clean, well maintained, and well organized! Thanks for your help!! Oh yeah!! An added bonus of having packages shipped here is AMAZING!! No more dealing with missing packages, and having to deal with various companies trying to get reimbursed for missing items, or having them re-delivered! Great perk!!

I have been using premium self storage for around 20 years when I’ve moved or needed additional storage space. Keri and Sean are professional, kind, Helpful, and exceptional communicators. The storage units, building and parking area are always clean and well-maintained.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used! I moved in during a snowstorm so being able to unload inside was a blessing!

Looking for storage? Look no further this place is nothing short of the best! I have used them for storage twice now, both business related, using my unit as a mini warehouse with daily use. The biggest asset of this place are it's people. If I ever had any questions or issues the managers were extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad interaction or anything close to a negative experience. As long as you communicate your needs they will find a way to make it happen. You should choose it for storage based on this alone. Need more? -Drive in HEATED loading bay. -Plenty of push carts to lug your junk to/from your unit. -Multiple entry security pads and security cameras everywhere so you know your stuff is secure. -Long access hours, if you forgot something you can make a late run or pick it up early before work. -Easy access right off the freeway. -This place is CLEAN, even in winter. Might not be a huge selling point to some but if you were in and out as much as me it is very much appreciated. I left because I no longer needed the unit for work. If I ever need storage for business or personal needs, this is the only place I will go. Thank you Keri and Sean for everything!

The office staff was extremely helpful with securing my rental over the phone. Finalizing was quick and easy. Thanks all!

Being able to drive inside the building and unload was a big help during the snowstorm. The place is clean and they provide good service.

Renting here for 10 + years, love that they upkeep the building ,constantly seeing the staff cleaning the building . Its awesome that they offer free wifi, which I can do inventory in the bay area my weekly conference calls, even watched a movie waiting for my boss all the in bay area with little to no distractions. They're always nice about me forgetting to pay my bill. The manager Kari is always pleasant to talk to even when it's busy there. It's a clean and well-lit place and it's always cool inside. The elevator is a little slow, but that's nothing to knock a star off about.
