Angela was by far one of the best customer service representatives/salespersons that I’ve come in contact with. She was knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and had a sense of humor, which helped alleviate the stress of moving! She walked me through the check-in process, ensured I had the right size storage for my items, let me view the unit, showed me the various access points, and then walked me through what I needed to do upon check-out. You can tell she really cares about her customers and that’s she’s willing to go the extra mile to make sure the moving experience is stress-free. Thank you Angela for all that you do.

I stopped by the Center Line Self Storage a couple of times before I made my decision to store my belongings at this location. When I went to finalize the paperwork, I anticipated a great experience at that time because of the patience the Manager (Angela Williams) had with me multiple times. I received nothing less. She was eager to answer my questions, even though some were "repeats". Because she listened so well to my needs, she was able to accommodate my request. She had a friendly, business personality. I really enjoyed doing business with her.

My husband and I had a great experience with our sales rep Mrs. Williams. We was shown a sample unit, and taken to the one we rented. The both of us was also shown how to get to the elevator, Mrs. Williams showed us how to punch our code into the pad to gain excess to the storage unit. She explained every detail that pertained to our contract, and was very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to friends, relatives.

Not only did I get a unit that comfortably fit all my items, but just as they were ready to close, and I was wondering where I was going to store my classic meat caddy, I met a customer on the lot named Destiny Corcoran, who said I can park it in her garage overnight.
